Community Drive, From Harry Hines Blvd. to Northwest Highway – City of Dallas- Design project which includes paving, drainage, water and wastewater improvements.  The improvements will include approximately 1,500 linear feet of reinforced concrete paving with curbs and gutter.  Also included in this project is a connection to an at-grade railroad crossing, and coordination with DART for the at-grade railroad crossing and drainage improvements.

The Legends of McKinney – McKinney, Texas – Design of 400 residential lots on a 130-acre tract including floodway and floodplain determination of Cottonwood Creek along with all components of site development, including plats, preparation of water and wastewater plans, storm sewer system and design/construction of subdivision streets (20,500 LF).  This project included improvements and construction of two major streets, as part of this subdivision.  1400 LF of Eldorado Parkway, a 6-lane divided boulevard design including left turn lanes, landscaping and lighting design along the subdivision frontage and 2200 LF of Lake Forest Drive, a 4-lane divided thoroughfare connecting Eldorado Parkway to SH-121.  Drainage analysis included HEC-1 hydrologic modeling and HEC-2 floodplain/floodway modeling to determine extent of floodway and 100-year water surface elevation.  Design of channel rip-rap and structure modifications to accommodate hike/bike path.

Lake Highlands Park – Dallas, Texas – Provided engineering design surveying and construction services for improvements to this existing rugby field park.  The project improvements included additions of a parking lot, sidewalk, water fountain and barrier free ramp including TDLR approval and inspection oversight.  This project was successfully constructed within budget in 2006.
