Text Box: Firm HISTORY DAL-TECH Engineering, Inc., a Texas corporation, was founded in 1990 by Ms. Sedi Toumani, P.E., as a full-service civil engineering firm providing quality consulting engineering and surveying services to both the public and private sectors.  DAL-TECH maintains offices both in North Dallas and in Fort Worth, with a staff of twenty-three, including six Registered Professional Engineers, one Engineer-in-Training and three CADD technicians.This is supplemented by a Registered Professional Land Surveyor, four survey crews, and associated support staff.  DAL-TECH is also a certified M/WBE firm, NCTRCA Certification #WFWB47042Y1011 and a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB).  DAL-TECH Engineering, Inc. will strive to partner and serve our clients as an extension of their staff.  Over the past twenty-one years, DAL-TECH Engineering, Inc. has worked with a number of clients on a wide variety of projects.  These clients include University of Texas System, North Central Texas College, North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA), Dallas Water Utilites, Dallas County Community College District, Dallas County Public Works, Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), and many North Texas cities and other local municipal agencies.  In addition, DAL-TECH has provided design and survey services for private clients throughout the Metroplex including projects in Dallas, Arlington, Garland, McKinney, Addison, Plano, Frisco and Wylie.
